FAQ

Is the pilot free?

No. The pilot is a flat fee to cover onboarding and usage. For Shows, your first show has no per-entry charges (first 100 at €2 effective; anything above 100 free). For Herds, the €500 fee is 100% credited on contract.

How are show entries billed during the pilot?

Your first show is included — no per-entry charges. After the pilot, shows are billed at our standard per-entry rate.

What about users during the Herds pilot?

Up to 50 users are included. Additional users follow standard association volume rates.

Do you sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?

Yes — The formal paperwork for the DPA is provided during onboarding.
